Our history
For almost five years, Vertical Sports, whose name refers to the steep terrain of the mountains and the sports associated with them, has been offering you outdoor clothing suitable for all seasons to escape into nature. By placing the consumer and nature at the heart of our creative process, Vertical Sports clothing is made by you and for you - from the hiking enthusiast to the seasoned skier.
Vertical Sports was created in 2019 by Alain Codere, passionate about the great outdoors and a great connoisseur of the outdoor clothing market. Having worked for large sports stores as a purchasing director in Quebec, he already knew a lot about the needs related to outdoor clothing. He then realized that there was a gap in the outdoor clothing market. He noticed that it was difficult to find good quality clothing, at affordable prices and suitable for all body types.
It is from this desire that Vertical Sports was born to allow everyone to dress in clothing that is technical, comfortable and affordable while responding to new climate challenges.
