Return, exchange or refund policies

To make a return, please write to us at by return email, we will send you a return number and we will tell you how to return the item to us.

Items must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt of the package. Please note that the cost of return shipping is at your expense.

The returned item must not have been worn or washed, it must be returned in the original packaging and with the original labels. We reserve the right to refuse to make the refund if the returned items are in a condition that would not allow them to be put back on sale.

  • Vertical products purchased from a retailer are subject to the return policies of the original retailer.
  • All Vertical items on sale at 40% or more are final sales. No refunds and/or exchanges.

For a refund, you follow the return steps mentioned above

  • Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account.

For an exchange, you follow the return steps mentioned above and mention to us in the email, the items you would like in exchange.

Upon receipt of your return, we will send you the items requested in exchange and the shipping costs to return them to you will be at our expense.



Vertical garments are designed to be durable provided that the care instructions and the intended use of the product are followed.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects :

  • Seams, buttons, Velcro ™ and zippers for 1 year.
  • If the item can fix itself, we will.

Vertical does not guarantee :

  • Damage caused by accident (tears), improper maintenance or neglect.
  • Normal wear, fading.
  • Damage not covered can be repaired at a reasonable cost and a $10 shipping fee will be charged.

Before Returning Your Garment :

  • Wash it well for the well-being of our colleagues! Otherwise a cleaning fee of $35 will be charged.

To make a return the guarantee

  • Contact customer service by email at the following address: indicating the reason for the return, the date of purchase and please send us photos of your defective garment to help us better identify the problem (photo of the entire garment and also photo of the defect ).
  • By return email, we will tell you a return number and how to return the item to us.
  • The costs for the return of the package are borne by the customer and the costs of re-shipment will be at our expense.
