Refund policy

1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Vertical garments are designed to be durable provided that the care instructions and the intended use of the product are followed.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects :

‣ Seams, buttons, Velcro™ and zippers for 1 year.

Vertical does not guarantee:

‣ Damage caused by accident (tears), poor maintenance or negligence.
‣ Normal wear and tear, fading.
‣ Damage not covered can be repaired at a reasonable cost and a $10 shipping fee will be charged.

Before returning your garment:

‣ Wash it well for the well-being of our colleagues! Otherwise a cleaning fee of $35 will be charged.
‣ To request a return authorization, please contact customer service by email at the following address: info@verticalsportswear.com
‣ To help us properly identify the problem during your request, please send us photos of your defective garment.
‣ Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.

You have 15 days to return for an exchange or refund. The product must be in its original packaging and unworn.

The customer bears the cost of return and exchange.
